OFFICIAL RULES
1. Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes begins on October 3, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on October 9, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Washington, D.C. who are at least eighteen (18) years old. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. Agreement to Rules. By entering the Sweepstakes, you confirm that you are eligible and agree to these Official Rules.
4. How to Enter. There are three ways to enter the Sweepstakes, subject to the limitations below:
a. Ticket-Purchase Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, purchase a valid ticket to see Pan’s Labyrinth 20th Anniversary (“Movie”) from an authorized theater or ticket seller and send a direct message to https://www.instagram.com/panslabyrinth20/ with valid proof of purchase and the words “PANS20SWEEP.” The ticket must have been purchased during the Sweepstakes Period. Tickets purchased before October 3, 2026 do not qualify. Please conceal all QR codes, barcodes, payment information and other sensitive information before submitting proof. Complimentary, duplicated, counterfeit, altered, cancelled or refunded tickets do not qualify.
b. New-Follower Entry Without Purchase: If you are not already following the official Pan’s Labyrinth Instagram account https://www.instagram.com/panslabyrinth20/ at the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period, follow that account during the Sweepstakes Period to receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry. Sponsor may verify the date and status of the follow. Unfollowing and re-following the account during the Sweepstakes Period does not create an entry under this method.
c. Mail-In Entry Without Purchase for Existing Followers: If you were already following the official Pan’s Labyrinth Instagram account https://www.instagram.com/panslabyrinth20/ at the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period, you are not automatically entered. To enter without purchasing a ticket, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, Instagram handle, and the statement “I am 18 or older and agree to the Official Rules of the Pan’s Labyrinth 20th Anniversary Signed Hologram Sweepstakes” on a 3″ x 5″ card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Pan’s Hologram Giveaway c/o Cineverse Corp., 250 E Olive Ave. Ste 300, Burbank, CA 91502, USA. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 9, 2026 and received by Sponsor no later than 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time on October 14, 2026.
d. Entry Limit: Limit one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person and social-media account, regardless of entry method or the number of tickets purchased. Entering through more than one method will not result in more than one entry. All eligible entries have an equal chance of winning. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
5. Drawing and Odds. On or after 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time on October 14, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries timely received. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
a. Sponsor is not responsible or liable for lost, late, damaged, destroyed, delayed, stolen, misdirected, incomplete, postage-due or illegible entries; entries not received by the applicable deadline for any reason; or other errors of any kind.
b. In the event that viruses, bugs, tampering, fraud, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, acts of God, acts or regulations of any governmental or supra-national authority, war, national emergency, accident, fire, riot, strikes, lock-outs, industrial disputes, acts of terrorism, or any other matter beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control prevents, corrupts, or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Sweepstakes such that it cannot be conducted as originally planned, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes and, if appropriate, conduct a random drawing from among eligible entries received before the affected time.
6. Winner Notification. The potential winner will be notified by direct message, email, telephone, or other contact information provided in connection with the entry on or about October 14, 2026. The potential winner must respond within thirty-six (36) hours after notification is sent and provide any reasonably requested eligibility, release, tax, and delivery information.
a. If the potential winner does not respond within thirty-six (36) hours, cannot be contacted, does not satisfy the eligibility requirements, fails to provide requested information, or declines the prize, that person will be disqualified and Sponsor may randomly select an alternate potential winner. The same requirements will apply to each alternate.
7. Prize. One (1) prize is available: one giant Pan’s Labyrinth hologram signed by Guillermo del Toro, Doug Jones, and Ivana Baquero. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $1,350.
a. The prize is awarded “as is, where is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability or suitability for a particular purpose. The prize may not be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
b. Sponsor will pay standard shipping to the winner at a valid address within the fifty (50) United States or Washington, D.C. The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes and may be required to provide information necessary for tax reporting. Sponsor does not guarantee the future resale or collectible value of the prize.
8. Participant Content and Publicity Rights.
a. If you voluntarily enter the Sweepstakes, submit a direct message, photograph or other content, or tag Sponsor in a related social-media post, you grant Sponsor and its designees a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, repost, and distribute that content, together with your name, social-media handle, image, likeness, and statements appearing in it, to advertise and promote the Sweepstakes, the Movie, and Sponsor, without further approval or compensation.
b. Sponsor may identify and announce the Sweepstakes winner using the winner’s name, social-media handle, city, and state of residence, except where prohibited by law.
c. You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide and that it does not include another person or third-party content without permission.
9. General.
a. All Sweepstakes entries are subject to verification. Sponsor may reject incomplete, fraudulent, automated, altered, or duplicate entries. Sponsor’s decisions regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes and selection of the winner are final and binding to the extent permitted by law.
b. Sponsor is not responsible for platform outages, filtered or undelivered messages, transmission failures, account settings, postal delays, or other circumstances that prevent verification, receipt of an entry, or winner notification. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if circumstances beyond its reasonable control materially interfere with its operation and, if appropriate, conduct the drawing from eligible entries received before the affected time.
c. To the fullest extent permitted by law, each participant releases Sponsor, Guillermo del Toro, Doug Jones, Ivana Baquero, participating exhibitors and ticket sellers, and the applicable social-media and other platforms from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt or use of the prize, except to the extent caused by the released party’s gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of applicable law.
d. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term will not constitute a waiver. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between Sweepstakes-related materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules will prevail, govern, and control.
10. Instagram / Platform Disclaimer. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or any third-party exhibitor, social-media service, or other platform on which it is promoted or hosted. By entering, each entrant releases Instagram from responsibility in connection with the Sweepstakes to the extent permitted by law.
11. Privacy. Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer and fulfill it, verify eligibility and entry requirements, conduct the drawing, notify the winner, deliver the prize, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable law, in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy at www.cineverse.com.
12. Governing Law. These Official Rules are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
