PAN’S LABYRINTH FETCH QUEST & EXPERIENCE
OFFICIAL RULES & TERMS
1. ORGANIZER & SPONSOR:
The Pan’s Labyrinth Fetch Quest and the Pan’s Labyrinth 3D Experience (collectively, the “Event”) are organized and sponsored by Cineverse (“Sponsor” or “Organizer”).
2. ELIGIBILITY & AGE RESTRICTIONS (STRICTLY 18+):
The Event and Fetch Quest are open strictly to legal residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation. Minors are strictly prohibited.
Venue Age Restrictions:
7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: 18+
After 9:00 p.m.: Strictly 21+
Valid government-issued photo ID is required for participation, ticket redemption, and venue entry at all times.
3. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY & FREE ENTRY:
The Fetch Quest and Event are free to enter. No purchase or convention badge is required to participate in the quest or enter the host venue (“Venue”), subject to capacity, age restrictions, and Venue rules.
4. QUEST PERIOD, LIMITS & PRIZE REDEMPTION:
a. Quest Period: The quest runs exclusively on Thursday, July 23, 2026, and Friday, July 24, 2026, during designated character appearance hours. Official quest tickets may be collected at participating vendor booths (#3229, #2129) or printed in advance. Strict limit of one (1) quest ticket, one (1) poster, and one (1) prize package per person.
b. Limited Edition Posters: Distributed at the Venue on Friday, July 24, starting at 7:00 p.m., strictly while supplies last on a first-come, first-served basis to eligible participants (18+) with a valid, fully stamped ticket.
c. Private Signing Access: The first 50 eligible participants to present a verified, fully stamped ticket at the Venue will receive access passes for the private signing with event talent (“Talent”) on Saturday, July 25, 2026. Passes are non-transferable, non-substitutable, and have no cash value.
5. VENUE ADMISSION & ENTRY POLICIES:
Prize redemption occurs inside or at the entrance of the Venue and is strictly conditioned upon compliance with all standard Venue entry rules, security screenings, dress codes, queue lines, age/ID verifications, and capacity restrictions. Completion of the Fetch Quest does not bypass Venue entry procedures or line wait times. If a participant arrives late, is delayed in line, or is refused entry by Venue management for failure to meet Venue standards, the participant forfeits the opportunity to redeem a prize or enter the Event.
6. MARKETING & MAILING LIST CONSENT:
By participating in the Fetch Quest, redeeming a prize, or providing contact information, participants consent to receive marketing emails, newsletters, and promotional communications from Cineverse and its designated affiliates. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link provided in such emails.
7. MATERIALS RELEASE & SUBMISSIONS:
By submitting, presenting, or providing any tickets, photos, videos, fan art, feedback, or other materials (“Participant Materials”) in connection with the Event, participants grant Cineverse a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully sublicensable license to use, edit, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such materials in any media for any commercial, promotional, or trade purpose without compensation, attribution, or notice.
8. PUBLICITY & LIKENESS RELEASE:
Participants grant Cineverse, Venue, and their respective licensees the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to film, photograph, and record their name, image, likeness, voice, and statements at the Event and any materials submitted, and to exploit the same in any and all media now known or hereafter devised for promotional and commercial purposes without further approval, compensation, or attribution.
9. FORCE MAJEURE & TALENT DISCLAIMER:
Talent participation is subject to availability and professional commitments. Cineverse and Venue reserve the right to modify, reschedule, cancel, or suspend the quest, signing, poster distribution, or Event experience at any time, without prior notice or liability, due to safety concerns, capacity restrictions, talent unavailability, or events beyond reasonable control.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & RELEASE:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, participants release, indemnify, and hold harmless Cineverse, Venue, Talent, participating vendors, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, personal injury, property loss, or damages arising out of or related to participation in the quest or Event.
11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES:
All claims and disputes arising out of or in connection with the quest or Event shall be governed by California law and resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
